S-500B SERVICE INSULATION MAT

High temperature: The maintenance platform will gradually carbonized under the influence of the high temperature from the hot air gun.  Carbonic oxide which is a highly toxic substance harming to the body will be produced in the course of carbonization.  This insulation mat can isolate the high temperature to prevent the carbonation of the maintenance platform and reduce toxicity.
Heat accumulatingand anti skid: Cable can be attached on the mat, which gathering heat on the mat extremely.  It is to help with shortening blowing and welding time,which is helpful for preventing flex cable from bulging.
The insulation mat is soft, durable, wear-resistant, about 20 years service life.  Soldering iron can directly touch the mat. Its soft material is no damage to the soldering iron and prevent it from oxidation which will  makes the soldering iron burnout.
Corrosion resistance: Its corrosion resistance enables it insoluble in the thinner or cleaning solvent.  It can be scrubbed by thinner directly.
Anti-sticking: The insulation mat is excellent in anti-sticking performance, so that the glue,like rubber or AB glue,can not be attached on mat.
